About the Course

Overtraining has complex and detrimental effects on thyroid function, the production of sex steroids, immune cell activation, cellular energy production, bone and muscle metabolism, and the plasticity of the nervous system. These harmful processes can be detected early with the right laboratory diagnostic tools.
